Customs Bonds:
U. S. Customs requires that the importer of goods entering the United States post a bond with that agency to cover any potential duties, taxes, and other charges that may accrue as a result of a single or multiple transaction. J.F. Moran secures Customs Bonds for our clients through a resident U.S. surety company.

Some of the types made available are Single Entry Bonds, Annual Continuous Bonds, Drawback Bonds, Temporary Import Bonds etc.

Cargo Insurance:
J.F. Moran offers both marine and air cargo insurance to both our import and export clients. Our open policy covers most contingencies. However, when there are unique or special circumstances we can write a policy suited for your particular requirements. Our specially trained personnel process any claim and other reporting requirements on behalf of our clients.
