U.S. Customs has designated the Port of Jacksonville as a Foreign Trade Zone. All goods with certain exceptions may enter the designated duty free zone for the storage, display, manufacturing processes etc. within the zone. These goods may then be re-exported without payment of duties or enter the United States under Customs supervision and with duty, if any, paid at that time.

J.F. Moran supervises and operates a Foreign Trade Zone facility on Blount Island in Jacksonville, Florida. The size of the activated area is 23, 940 feet and is at present, restricted to motor vehicles as zone restricted cargo to be exported.

Parties interested in the use of this facility may contact our Jacksonville office directly or the marketing vice president at the headquarters in Providence (Smithfield), Rhode Island.
